    • What You’ll Do

    + Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year financial planning.

    + Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and department spending to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Collaborate with Lenders, Borrowers, and General Contractors to ensure accurate fund disbursement for construction projects.

    + Coordinate inspections, collect invoices, lien waivers, and title endorsements, and verify project completion documentation.

    + Create and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership.

    + Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting and financial systems.

    + Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

    • What You Bring

    + 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, customer service, AP/AR, or administrative support.

    + Strong background in coordinating schedules, managing complex budgets, and supporting multiple departments.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI, Hyperion Essbase, and advanced Excel.

    + Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.

    + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Finance focus preferred).

    + Experience with financial modeling and presenting to executive leadership.

    + Familiarity with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and KPI tracking.

    + Proven ability to implement process improvements and streamline financial operations.
