    Job Title: Logistics Specialist

    Job Description

    Join our innovative team within the transportation network, where we are pioneering new products, services, and technologies. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in developing a world-class logistics process that ensures timely delivery of goods at the best cost. You will engage in high-level strategy, design, and implementation, striving to provide best-in-class service levels.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network.

    + Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and boost carrier performance and growth.

    + Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions across customer-facing programs.

    + Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field.

    + Entry-level proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

    + Effective communication skills for carrier interactions and problem-solving.

    + Experience in managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

    + Preferred: 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.

    + Preferred: 1+ years of management experience.

    + Bachelor's degree.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite, with shift schedules including two options: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Start times post-training can be between 7am and 9am, to be determined prior to commencement.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
