We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing priorities, and excels at communication and coordination. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Act as a strategic partner to assigned executive(s), managing priorities and daily goals.
+ Proactively track tasks, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure timely execution.
+ Organize and maintain key documents, presentations, and action plans.
+ Create and manage a daily view of top priorities, adjusting schedules as needed.
+ Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics across departments.
+ Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.
+ Support collaboration between sales, operations, and other business units.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience supporting executives, ideally in manufacturing, food & beverage, or CPG industries.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
