The lab seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to investigate molecular and cellular mechanisms at the interface of host, bacterial pathogen, and commensal microbiota, with emphasis on how microbial communities modulate immunity and infection outcomes. The successful candidate will investigate microbial virulence strategies, host immune responses, and the dynamic interplay between infectious agents, microbiome, and host physiology using state-of-the-art genetics, imaging, and biochemical approaches.
+ Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology, molecular/cell biology, bioengineering, or related fields; strong record in host–pathogen or host–microbiome research.
+ Demonstrated independence, collaborative mindset, and clear scientific communication in writing and presentations.
