Join the Branch Sales Strategy & Support organization, where we drive national initiatives to enhance Branch/Client engagement. We are the \"voice of the field\", driving impactful projects and fostering innovation throughout Consumer Bank and working with other Chase Businesses.
The team is seeking a motivated and strategic Sr. Associate to join our Incentive Strategy & Analytics team. This role is integral to delivering insightful analyses that inform and influence executive decision-making.
As a Sr. Associate in the Incentive Strategy team, you'll be a key contributor. You will leverage your strategic thinking and analytical ability to model, evaluate program effectiveness, and present findings to senior leadership. We are looking for a proactive individual ready to expand their responsibilities and represent the team in diverse initiatives.
Job responsibilities
+ Conduct detailed analysis and modeling to understand and drive banker performance
+ Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, integrating analytical insights with business acumen and strategic priorities
+ Actively engage in discussions and reviews of analysis/presentations
+ Represent the team on initiatives such as testing concepts thru branch pilots, introducing new products, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills.
+ Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and building executive presentation; some use of MS Access required
+ 2 + years of experience in business or financial analysis experience.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining meticulous attention to detail
+ Highly organized with the ability to execute on multiple fronts at the same time
+ Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to swiftly develop strategic frameworks in complex environments.
+ A team player with a high level of motivation, dependability, and intelligence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ A foundational understanding of statistics is helpful, but not mandatory
+ Familiarity with branch banking is advantageous
+ Tableau and other analytical/reporting software a plus
+ Experience supporting a client-focused environment a plus
