Description

Seeking a multifaceted Business Analyst to support two to three agile teams working on a mobile application with web components. This role blends traditional BA responsibilities with hands-on data work, stakeholder collaboration, and light production support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, technically adept in SQL and data mapping, and comfortable navigating both business and technical conversations.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Leads the collaboration with key stakeholders by gathering information to better understand their business processes and needs, and through analyzing application data to increase efficiency and productivity of IT resources

• Gathers and documents business and functional requirements, and translates to the technical team for delivery of technology solutions

• Assists in testing deliverables and facilitates the User Acceptance Testing with business partners to ensure quality and functionality

• Participates in key agile routines such as Daily Standup, Backlog Replenishment, User Story Mapping, and Flow Review to increase efficiencies and processes

• Provides Level 2 support for all technology solutions in the assigned application portfolio by performing root cause analysis, collaborating with business partners and IT teammates to resolve the issues and or incidents

• Understands and analyzes data sources and provides data mappings for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes that drive our business intelligence strategies through reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
