Job Description

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale data center build in Montgomery, AL. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who’s organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a technician-heavy, fast-paced environment. If you’re great with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and enjoy keeping teams aligned and projects moving, this is a great opportunity with long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

+ Manage calendars and emails using Microsoft Outlook to coordinate meetings and schedules

+ Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track housing, events, and logistics for field teams

+ Coordinate housing accommodations for technicians, ensuring timely bookings and updates

+ Organize team events, meetings, and group activities

+ Serve as the go-to person for organizational needs and team support

+ Juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail

+ Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors

What You Bring

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work on-site daily in Montgomery, AL

+ Comfortable working in a trailer or construction site environment

+ Flexible and resourceful with a positive attitude

Nice to Have

+ Experience supporting field teams or construction projects

+ Familiarity with technician scheduling or logistics coordination

Schedule

+ Monday–Friday, typically 7 AM – 4 PM

+ Occasional flexibility based on project needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
