A Day in the Life:
+ Operational Continuity: Maintain the smooth operation of inventory management by promptly stepping in for the supervisor to prevent disruptions in cycle counts and physical inventory coordination.
+ Monthly Reports: Provide critical monthly reports to corporate and finance, which are essential for tracking inventory levels, financial planning, and informed decision-making.
+ Quality Standards: Maintain quality control measures by scrapping products in SAP as needed, ensuring product standards and customer happiness.
+ Primary Point of Contact: Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly at all sites to prevent potential operational delays.
+ Audit and Compliance: Support customer and financial audits, maintaining regulatory compliance and avoiding potential penalties.
+ SAP Management: Build, modify, and delete locations in SAP, maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
+ Supply Chain Projects: Contribute meaningful ideas to supply chain projects, encouraging continual improvement and inventive solutions.
+ Leadership and Team Coordination: Direct the inventory management team and e-commerce teams at three locations, ensuring high team spirits and clear communication.
+ Operational Efficiency: Coordinate physical inventory for manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and vendors to ensure efficient management.
+ Cost Management: Introduce cost-efficient strategies and streamline inventory management processes to effectively control expenses.
+ Strategic Alignment: Align inventory control practices with the company’s strategic goals, supporting the overall strategic vision.
Keys to Success:
Education
+ High School Diploma required.
Experience
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory management, running operational processes, and people management required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
+ Proficient in leading and coordinating teams effectively.
+ Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
+ Skill in efficiently putting into practice money-saving initiatives.
+ Ambitious and goal-oriented approach.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $64,400.00–$96,650.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
