Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Delivering and executing project milestones, using systems-level product knowledge to coordinate engineering activity between designers, suppliers, and installers.

+ Work collaboratively with project managers to maintain project budgets and keep costs within budget.

+ Communicate effectively with customers to provide product information and coordinate change requests.

+ Identifying project risks and take ownership of technical solutions when needed.

+ Responsible for delivering engineering drawings and calculations.

+ Prepare technical documentation such as work instructions and test procedures.

+ Providing real-time technical support to technicians and customer engineers.

+ Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed-upon budgets and time frames.

+ Developing strategies for product improvement and provide candid feedback to internal design and manufacturing teams.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college

+ Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering

+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

+ Experience with troubleshooting control software and electronics

+ Well-rounded system-level thinking

+ Solar and/ or Battery Energy Storage experience.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

+ Established project management skills.

The salary range for this position is 98,400.00 - 131,200.00 - 164,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
