The Leader, AI, Data, & Emerging Technology Strategy leads the strategic planning for AI, data, quantum computing, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and market trends. Reporting to the General Partner - Analytics & AI, this role is responsible for developing and communicating strategic roadmaps, conducting market and competitive analysis, and advising leadership on emerging technology opportunities and risks. By leveraging insights from research and analysis, the leader drives innovation and ensures the firm remains at the forefront of technological advancements. This role requires a visionary mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

What you'll do:

+ Lead the development and communication of strategic roadmaps for AI, data, quantum computing, and digital assets.

+ Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in emerging technologies.

+ Advise leadership on strategic opportunities and risks related to AI, data, and emerging technologies.

+ Ensure alignment of emerging technology initiatives with enterprise goals and market trends.

+ Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.

+ Collaborate with product, data, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

+ Translate complex technological concepts into actionable strategies and recommendations for stakeholders.

+ Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

+ Identify and evaluate partnerships and opportunities to advance the firm's technological capabilities.

+ Stay updated on regulatory and ethical considerations related to emerging technologies **.**

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
