    + Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience in a cybersecurity, risk or safety-related domain, familiarity with security controls.

    + Experience in regulatory compliance across identity and billing.

    + Ability to build partner and stakeholder relationships and to collaborate effectively with partner teams.

    + Excellent skills in data analysis.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

     

    As a part of the Advertiser Safety team, you will help deliver an intuitive and effective policy experience for Google Ads advertisers, ensuring seamless compliance while safeguarding against evolving fraud and scams. In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve the advertiser experience across identity and business verification, vertical compliance flows, and other critical areas. You will measure solution impact to stay ahead of advancing fraud tactics, supporting business growth as a part of Google's Advertiser Platform team that drives better outcomes through automation and a platform capabilities.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with UX Research, GPL, Support, and the Sales team to develop a understanding of advertisers, developers and partner needs.

    + Create a goal, strategy, and roadmap based on research and analysis to deliver on customer needs and combat emerging abuse trends.

    + Partner with a cross functional teams including Engineering, TPGM, UX Design, Data Science, Support, Legal, Trust and Safety, and teams across Google to define and land compelling product experiences that balance risk and business priorities.

    + Shape the product line strategy and roadmap including long-term goal, user segment insights, technical innovation, market trends, and platform capabilities.

    + Track and report on key metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly during planning and review meetings with executive Ads leadership.
