Northrop Grumman is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the Talent Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Events & Logistics, this role will provide administrative support to the Talent Operations leadership team to include but not limited to maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, maintaining expense reports. This role will also support Enterprise Talent events and logistics.
This position must be performed onsite, from the Falls Church, VA Corporate Office.
Responsibilities include:
+ Coordinate business meetings for Talent Operations team, to include leadership team, 3rd party vendors, and executives
+ Arrange, maintain, and modify schedules, travel arrangements, and any associated commitments and activities.
+ Handle confidential business matters and maintain effective and efficient organization of administrative requirements
+ Create and submit expense reports for leadership team and events team
+ Coordinate staff meetings and status the actions that come up during the meetings.
+ Use Microsoft Office to develop and maintain organization charts, produce reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and manage email and calendars.
+ Use Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for team coordination, document management and overall collaboration.
+ Assist in preparing presentation materials
+ Provide all necessary logistical and administrative support for projects to include scheduling of meetings, zoom break out facilitation, packaging and shipping of materials, etc.
+ Other administrative duties on an as-needed basis
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver on key dates and commitments
+ Ability to travel 10% of the time for off-site events
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience engaging with executive-level leaders
+ Experience working in a face-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
+ Collaborative, team-oriented, and customer focused
Primary Level Salary Range: $59,300.00 - $98,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
