Position Description:
Performs support and coordinative work in direct support of an administrative team of a specific administrative office or department. Coordinates and assists with functions such as planning, researching, budgeting and program implementation and evaluation. Performs responsible and complex office support duties, thus relieving the administrator of these duties. Work is performed under administrative supervision.

Major/Essential Functions:
Administrative Support
+ Reporting to the Managing Administrative Director, the Administrative Coordinator provides general office support for CISI and administrative assistance to all CISI staff.
+ Prepares, proofreads, formats, and edits correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
+ Assists in the development and maintenance of office procedures and workflows.
+ Works with the CISI Business Manager to order office supplies and equipment as needed.
+ Exercises discretion and safeguards the confidentiality of CISI information.
Front Office & Communication
+ Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls; greets guests and directs them appropriately.
+ Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Responds to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Calendar & Scheduling
+ Facilitates the efficient utilization of the CISI leadership team’s time in coordination with the Executive Associate through development of complex calendar appointments and meetings.
+ Manages the Associate Executive Director’s calendar.
Event Planning & Support
+ Assists with planning, coordinating and executing meetings, workshops, retreats, and special events (both internal and external).
+ Assists with event logistics including venue booking, catering, event registration, and attendee communications.
+ Provides on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution.
Additional Duties
+ Supports project coordination and departmental initiatives as needed.

+ Previous TTU experience or other higher education experience
+ 2–4 years of administrative experience

$40,500 - $52,600 - $64,800
