Your Key Responsibilities

+ Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.

+ Lead, motivate, and train a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

+ Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.

+ Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.

+ Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.

+ Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.

+ Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience

+ 5+ years of experience in related maintenance positions in manufacturing environment

+ Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills

+ Proven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teams

+ Possesses exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
