We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Client Onboarding & New Business team at a leading global financial firm. This role is perfect for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to gain experience in **client onboarding, relationship management, and regulatory processes** . You’ll work directly with institutional clients and internal teams to ensure smooth account openings, accurate documentation, and a high-quality client experience.

What You’ll Do

+ Manage the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Communicate directly with institutional clients, guiding them through account opening and supporting documentation.

+ Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth, professional interactions at every stage.

+ Partner with Sales and internal teams to prioritize onboarding activities and respond to client needs.

+ Coordinate and track documentation for various agreements and regulatory requirements.

+ Identify potential issues and escalate as needed to maintain a high-quality client experience.

+ Support process improvements and contribute to team initiatives that enhance efficiency and service.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree required.

+ 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, client service, or a related field.

+ Strong client service orientation and experience working with clients or stakeholders.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.

+ Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

+ Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

+ Familiarity with KYC, AML, or financial agreements is a plus, but not required.

+ Must live within a commutable distance to downtown Salt Lake City
