    2025–2026 School Year | September–June $35–$40/hour | Multiple Openings Across Elementary & Middle School Settings

    Middle School

    + 1 Tech Ed Teacher

    + 1 Instructional Coach (Math & Science focus)

    Elementary School

    + 1 Second Grade Long-Term Substitute

    + 1 Third Grade Teacher

    + 1 Fourth Grade Teacher

    + 1 STEAM Coach

    + 1 Music Teacher (serving grades 4K–5 on a rotating schedule)

     

    All roles include:

    + Delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to diverse learners

    + Creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment

    + Collaborating with colleagues, families, and support staff to promote student success

    + Monitoring academic progress and adjusting instruction based on student needs

    + Participating in professional development and school-wide initiatives

    Instructional Coach additionally supports:

    + Curriculum implementation and strategy alignment in math and science

    + Facilitating professional development and coaching cycles

    + Supporting data-driven instruction and team collaboration

    STEAM & Music roles additionally support:

    + Cross-disciplinary learning through project-based instruction

    + Creative expression and innovation across grade levels

    + Rotational scheduling and collaboration with multiple classrooms

    ? Requirements

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license appropriate to grade level and subject

    + Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred for coaching roles)

    + Prior classroom experience strongly preferred

    + Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills
