Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SURFACE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST T32, PDD1254000 and is part of the AZ CSMS, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona with the CSMS. The primary purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate maintenance operations, production, and procedures; and make recommendations for improvement. This requires practical knowledge of, and skill in applying, principles, concepts, and methods of surface maintenance equipment, facilities, and service operations. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted: E4/SPC/CPL - E9/SGM/CSM Warrant Officer: W1/WO1 - W3/CW3 Warrant Officer Candidate in the grades of E4-E9 Compatible Military Assignments: Possess or able to obtain at least one of the following MOSs: Enlisted: 88M, 91 Series, 92 Series, or 94 Series Warrant Officer: 88M, 91 Series, 92 Series, or 94 Series SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (as stated above) that provided experience, education or training applying principles, concepts, and methods of equipment, facility, or service operations sufficient in designing projects or planning assignments. Experience using well-established occupational methods and techniques to determine facility, grounds, equipment overhaul, maintenance, restoration, repair needs, etc. Experience, education or training applying commonly used equipment, facility, or service principles and concepts sufficient to obtain on-the-job experience with equipment, facilities, or services. Experience performing highly structured assignments under strictly controlled situations. Education You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
