The Role:

As the Chief Administrative Officer for Providence Seaside Hospital, you will report directly to the Service Area Chief Executive. You will be the cornerstone of leadership, providing direction, planning, and oversight for the hospital operations.

What You’ll Do:

+ **Operational Excellence:** Oversee day-to-day operations, enhancing processes to achieve hospital objectives and metrics.

+ **Strategic Leadership:** Lead initiatives to improve resource management, care quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

+ **Fiscal Responsibility:** Manage the operating budget, staff productivity, and accountability for select service lines.

+ **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain connections with stakeholders across various levels, fostering a strong leadership team.

What You’ll Bring:

+ **Educational Background:** Master's degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field.

+ **Experience:** 5 years in senior leadership within acute care settings and 7 years in progressive healthcare leadership roles.

+ **Industry Insight:** Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare trends and operational management.

+ **Communication Skills:** Proven ability to articulate organizational values and goals effectively.

+ **Team Development:** Ability to energize and lead diverse teams toward achieving goals.
