    Job Summary

    This position is part of the AI Governance Operations function and is responsible for the management of the vendor attestation process, including communication, tracking and follow ups with the vendor and business sponsors while engaged in the Responsible AI process at HCSC. This position partners with vendors, advises on vendor attestation forms, communicates with the business sponsors and follows up with all parties to ensure timely movement through the process. This role coordinates with internal areas and vendors to ensure vendors are meeting business expectations and contractual obligations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Shepherd new and existing vendors through the HCSC Responsible AI process.

    * Collaborate with Procurement to streamline the Vendor Attestation lifecycle, including review, re-review, and tracking of metadata.

    * Review flagged Attestation Forms to ensure timely completion and compliance.

    * Evaluate vendor attestation form responses for completeness and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and the Data Science team as needed.

    * Ensure compliance with attestation forms and coordinate exceptions.

    * Maintain consistent oversight and proactive risk identification.

    * Facilitate informed decision-making and ensure documentation integrity.

    * Establish an attestation process flow for scalable growth as AI integrations increase.

    * Translate impacts to suppliers based on evolving strategic priorities.

    * Support business owners in overseeing vendors engaged in the AI Governance process.

    * Coordinate with internal areas and vendors to ensure business expectations and contractual obligations are met; prepare reports and presentations on findings.

    * Respond to AI Governance inquiries promptly and partner with AI subject matter experts to prioritize and filter inquiries through the appropriate governance process.

    * Optimize AI Governance processes and apply continuous improvement to refine processes and documentation, reducing inefficiencies.

    * Attend meetings, document outcomes, and represent DAS in internal and external meetings.

    * Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools; perform research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs.

    * Analyze complex problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers; identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.

    * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, and customers.

    * Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance * Program policies, and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.

    * Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

    * Maintain communication with management regarding developments within assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

    Required Job Qualifications:

    * Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience in Health Care Industry or 9 years of relevant experience.

    * 3 years of project management experience

    * Knowledge of current HCSC health care products offered to the external marketplace, and HCSC competition

    * PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and databases

    * Verbal and written communications skills

    * Analytical skills including developing reports and presenting reports

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    * Working knowledge of and experience with AI and governance concepts

    * Ability to process information quickly and produce timely materials and documents

    * Ability to communicate and influence all levels of employees in a corporate environment

    * Strong project management experience – ability to define needs and then design, fine-tune, and make recommendations for solutions

    * Strong ability to work independently, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

    * Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.

    The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

    Base Pay Range

     

    $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
