Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Jira Specialist to support program operations and data analysis for our team. This role will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow management, accurate reporting, and effective training delivery on Atlassian tools.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze data related to OKR progress and financial tracking, and share actionable insights.

Monitor workflows for program products, ensuring efficiency and resolving approval process issues.

Track roadmaps for active program products, making sure milestones are met and risks are escalated.

Generate detailed reports on OKR progress and support program managers with data-driven insights.

Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and training participants, driving continuous improvement.

Develop and deliver training programs on Jira best practices, governance, and Atlassian tool usage (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence).

Create and publish documentation and collateral in Confluence.

Plan and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and materials.

Report on training effectiveness and participation, and recommend improvements.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong communication and instructional skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Atlassian Software (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and data analysis tools (Atlassian Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).

Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Compensation: $50.00/hr to $55.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
