    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Data Test Lead. This position focuses on overseeing the creation and management of robust test data, which is crucial for effective software testing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This position will be expected to proactively innovate and provide real-world scenarios to ensure that software applications function correctly. In this role, you will mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. This opportunity includes data generation, testing automation/AI, best practices, and End to End services. Percentage of the day will be 50% business/50% technical.

    This role will be instrumental in helping us:

    • Define a data solution for the next generation of Testing (AI )

    • Increase data quality that improves test coverage and reduces production defects

    • Introduce data science methods and best practices

    • Find efficiencies and reduce cost

    Skills and Requirements

    • Mature role – 10+ years’ experience minimum

    • Experience with Medicare or other government programs

    • Synthetic Data experience with Delphix or similar.

    • Experience with Data science & large data lakes.

    • Experience with AI tools and data.

    • Experience with helping definine data tools.

    • Analytical skills (test as you design and implement comprehensive testing strategies)

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans

    • Proactive mindset, as you will be responsible for anticipating challenges and driving continuous improvement.

    • Strong Communication Skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights is crucial

    • Technical Expertise, Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and data management principles. Must know SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and generation.

    • Problem-Solving, Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to test data generation and management.

    • Attention to Detail, attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.
