    One of our large retail companies is seeking a Senior React Engineer to contribute to their AI roadmap intiatives. In this role, you’ll design and build cutting-edge applications. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to develop scalable, secure, and intelligent conversational experiences. Your day will include coding, architecting agent workflows, mentoring peers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring systems meet regulatory and performance standards. We are seeking a talented Front-End Engineer with expertise in React to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, reusable UI components, translating design concepts into efficient code, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver outstanding user experiences.

     

    This position can sit fully remote.

     

    $25-$32/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years hands on REACT development

     

    - Proven experience developing with React and related technologies.

     

    - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

     

    - Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).

     

    - Familiarity with RESTful API integration.

     

    - Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

     

    - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).

     

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

     

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

     

    - Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends. - Enterprise experience within Pharmaceutical / Retail industry
