    Insight Global is seeking an End to End Testing Lead to join a large health insurance client of ours. You will join our client as an End to End Testing Lead on an End-to-End testing team. This role presents a challenge for those seeking a new career opportunity. This role will delve into the complex, technical, and impactful Medicare ecosystem. You will be challenged to develop a deep understanding of its components, requiring you to stay abreast of the latest regulatory changes, testing best practices, automation, and technological advancements. The Medicare workflow is multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of technologies and business processes. You will lead a team, guiding them through the testing processes as projects and enhancements are introduced, ensuring compliance, quality, and reliability of the system. This opportunity includes data generation, testing automation/AI, best practices and End to End services.

    This role will be instrumental in helping us:

    • Increase Quality and reduce production defects

    • Expand testing coverage and accelerate testing cycles

    • Introduce testing methods and best practices

    • Find efficiencies and reduce cost

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience with Medicare or other Government Programs

    • Analytical skills (test as you design and implement comprehensive testing strategies)

    • Experience with Java, .NET, SQL

    • Experience with automating testing

    • Experience leading a team of 7• Experience with end to end automation testing

    • Must have knowledge on a variety of automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, etc.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans

    • Proactive mindset, as you will be responsible for anticipating challenges and driving continuous improvement.

    • Strong Communication Skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights is crucial
