LMS Administrator
Position Overview
The LMS Administrator will support the organization by managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the company's digital learning experiences. This role involves configuring courses, generating reports, developing certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal clients to improve the learning experience. The LMS Administrator will ensure the effective and efficient utilization of the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users. In addition, this role will manage external learning resources and systems (such as LinkedIn Learning, Babble, etc.), and assist in the strategic transformation implementing skill-based learning.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary administrator for the LMS, becoming the team's subject matter expert.
+ Oversee LMS and manage content provider partnerships such as LinkedIn Learning & Babbel
+ Work closely with HRIS and IT on LMS implementations, integrations, and maintenance.
+ Configure and manage eLearning courses, learning paths, and curricula.
+ Develop and manage user roles and permissions within the LMS, being responsible for the training, upskilling, and reskilling of each role throughout the organization.
+ Collect and analyze training efficiency data to determine training effectiveness and future L&OD initiatives.
+ Work closely with the Content Development team to manage all digital content, resources, and knowledge articles.
+ Coordinate learning projects and engagement between various departments, ensuring rapid information flow and constant communication.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users, working closely with HRIT for advanced support.
+ Propose and implement solutions by identifying gaps and recommending potential improvements to the LMS.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational standards for course and configuration management.
+ Supervise the testing, implementation, and quality assurance processes of new LMS features.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRIT, to support subject matter experts for Learning/Talent Management Systems.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
+ At least 5-7 years' experience with the administration of Learning Management Systems and/or Human Capital Management systems. Workday Learning & Talent experience is required.
+ Experience in Project Management/Program Management (PMI), Project Administration, Communications, or Adult Learning preferred.
+ Proficiency in SCORM and AICC Standards, Workday Learning & Talent, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Discovery Boards.
+ Strong technical foundation and proficiency in working with various software applications.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented, and work well independently and in groups.
+ Strong business acumen and project management skills, with proven ability to help coordinate simultaneous tasks/activities and evaluate/prioritize conflicting needs to provide the highest value to the company.
+ Strong interpersonal, relationship-development, and conflict management skills.
+ Ability to align initiatives leveraging a creative, collaborative process to arrive at a shared view of the answer.
