Job Description

A large aerospace and defense client of Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for oversite on the project. Managing timelines, coordinating between teams, and ensuring milestones are met. They will help develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with the other PM, team leads and stakeholders, manage project risks and issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, they will organize and lead all project update meetings with the client, and act as the liaison between the client and subcontractor teams.

Compensation:

$55.00/hr

Exact Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of project management experience

• Experience with PWBs/PCBs

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software (Windchill preferable)

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Aerospace background
