Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist within its Facilities Hub team, which supports clients with geographically dispersed portfolios through services ranging from call center support to full account management. This role centers on vendor sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, while also assisting with contract compliance and administrative coordination. Key responsibilities include researching service providers, managing onboarding documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting vendor compliance efforts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with phone communication and online tools, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, recruiting, or vendor management
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong ability to follow structured processes and escalate appropriately when needed
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience using online research tools, and AI-enabled
platforms
- Experience working in a facilities background
