Behavior Technician – Level 1, 2, or 3 Qualified

Qualifications (Must meet one of the following):

**Level 1:** Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related mental health field (psychology, child development, social work, education, etc.)

**Level 2:** Associate’s degree in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional, etc.)

**Level 3:** High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of documented supervised experience in direct care (home health, paraprofessional, tutoring, summer camp, etc.)

Bilingual or Multilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply!

All secondary languages qualify you for **Level 2 consideration** — your language skills make a difference for the families and children we serve.
