    Job Description

    Program Oversight: Manage up to 5 concurrent ES projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

     

    Project Auditing: Regularly audit project financials and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.

     

    Documentation Review: Evaluate project documentation (status reports, risk logs, schedules) to ensure completeness and quality.

     

    Risk Management: Actively engage in escalations and risk mitigation brought forward by Project Managers.

     

    Mentorship: Coach and mentor Project Managers to build capability and ensure consistent project delivery standards.

     

    Site Visits: Attend on-site meetings or inspections 1–2 times per month as needed.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum 5 years of program management experience overseeing Electronic Security projects.

     

    Proven experience in people management and mentoring project teams.

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling and program-level visualization.

     

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and budget tracking.

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
