    Compensation: $17.00 / hour

    Description

    Play a pivotal role in transforming our manufacturing processes to achieve greater efficiency and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate equipment along the production line and/or provide manual labor in building capacitor to maintain workflow.

    + Pull and prepare parts for jobs.

    + Fill in for absent team members when required.

    + Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    + Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

    + Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.

    + Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.

    + Strong attendance record.

    + Previous production experience is a plus.

    + Full body mobility and good eyesight.

    + Strong hand-eye coordination.

    + Constant alertness and attention to detail.

    + Tolerance for exposure to some odors.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Able to stand for long periods of time.

    One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this role is $17.00 per hour for 1st shift.
