Overview
The Workplace Reporting & Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in providing the data and analytics that drive our workplace strategy. You will support our client's Corporate Real Estate team by transforming complex workplace data into clear, actionable reports and strategic plans.
Your work will directly inform decisions on space utilization, portfolio optimization, and future workplace solutions. You'll be expected to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
+ Serve as the primary subject matter expert on all workplace data, including utilization, occupancy, and organizational metrics for your assigned buildings or business units.
+ Develop and manage reporting dashboards and create ad-hoc reports on a regular cadence using business intelligence tools, CAFM/IWMS databases, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas).
+ Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights for client decision-making.
+ Ensure the accuracy of all data and allocations within the CAFM/IWMS database.
+ Perform regular data audits and physical space walkthroughs to validate information.
+ Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and create a reporting framework that tracks progress against business objectives.
+ Develop scenario models and conduct analyses to support projects like co-location, space densification, and restacking for both existing and new properties.
Strategic Planning & Documentation
+ Collaborate with the planning team and business partners to understand their needs, and use data to propose effective workplace solutions.
+ Actively participate in the development of business cases for real estate actions, ensuring that all recommendations are supported by robust data and analysis.
+ Create thorough documentation of scope, including data-driven justifications for recommendations, to inform project management and client decisions.
+ Develop and maintain strategic space solutions, including high-level stacking plans, block plans, and adjacency diagrams, to visually represent future space use.
+ Contribute to the development of long-term strategic migration schedules and tactical move plans by providing crucial data and analysis.
Relationship & Project Management
+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client's internal Corporate Real Estate team and Line of Business partners, by providing timely, accurate, and insightful reports.
+ Manage incoming data requests and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion and a high level of data integrity.
+ Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver a modern workplace program. You will be a key part of the team's ability to plan and execute projects.
Job Specifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ A minimum of two years of professional experience in corporate real estate, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and planning.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, formulas) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
+ Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS databases (e.g., FMS, Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus) and graphic tools (e.g., Adobe, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
+ Experience in workplace data analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.
+ Familiarity with workplace strategy, occupancy trends, and office design principles.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences.
+ Highly organized with a strong ability to manage information, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
**Pay:** $ $100,000 - $118,000 DOE
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
