    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Manual Machinists** for a project located in **Chehalis, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay range is $25-$38/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Set up and run:

    + Engine lathes

    + Vertical lathes

    + Horizontal boring mills

    + Milling machines

    + Other related manual shop equipment

    + Apply basic geometry and trigonometry to determine: Depth of cuts, Machining dimensions, Calculate and set machine controls for:, Cutter speeds, Feeds

    + Read & interpret technical drawings

    + Inspect and verify conformance of finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments

    + Operate overhead cranes and use safe rigging practices

    Requirements:

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

    + Ability to solve basic shop math problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    + Experience operating manual machines is required

    + Welding experience is favorable but not required
