PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Machine Operator** to join our partner, a **global leader in the aerospace industry** , supporting the production of precision-engineered aircraft components. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Your Impact

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key player in shaping components that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently. You’ll transform raw materials into precision-bent tubes that meet exact engineering specifications, ensuring every part meets the highest quality and performance standards in aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

+ Interpret **blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets** to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

+ **Set up and operate** manual and automated bending machines to produce bent tubes to blueprint requirements.

+ **Program data** into computers to achieve precise bending results.

+ Perform **visual inspections** on raw materials and finished parts to verify quality and conformance.

+ Use **measuring tools** and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.

+ Conduct **Vector process scans** to confirm data alignment with blueprints.

+ Perform **daily machine maintenance** , including leak checks and cleaning.

+ Uphold daily **Quality and Safety standards** in all operations.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ **Previous manufacturing experience** in a production or machining environment.

+ Strong **mathematical and measurement skills** .

+ Ability to read and interpret **technical blueprints and specifications** .

+ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience operating or programming **bending machines** (helpful, but not required).

+ Familiarity with **aerospace manufacturing** or precision metalwork.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
