    **Location:** Dallas, TX | **Pay Rate:** $18.52/hour | **Schedule:** Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

     

    Make an Impact on Workplace Safety

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Clerk to support our client, a recognized leader in the consumer products and bottling industry.

     

    This role plays a key part in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by supporting the execution of safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with teams across all levels of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Safety Clerk, you will:

    + Support the execution of safety programs across facilities to align with Company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Audit facilities and identify gaps in safety compliance, working with leadership to drive corrective actions.

    + Collect and analyze safety data, accident trends, and risk indicators to support decision-making.

    + Maintain daily claims tracker and respond to inquiries via the Safety Points inbox.

    + Assist with OSHA and DOT compliance efforts and regulatory documentation.

    + Coordinate incident investigations and generate reports to support claims and corrective actions.

    + Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (Risk Management, Claims, TPA, Outside Adjusters, Counsel) as needed.

    + Provide project support to the Safety Manager and contribute to ongoing safety initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma (preferred)

    + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    + High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information

    Preferred:

    + Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and hazardous material handling regulations

    + Experience with claims management systems

    + Prior experience in safety, manufacturing, bottling, or consumer products industries

    **Pay Details:** $18.52 per hour
