• Warehouse Operations Support Specialist I

    We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist I to join us onsite in Omaha, Nebraska. You will be working out of the pilot plant which is attached to our corporate office.

     

    As the Operations Support Specialist reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will provide administrative, technical, and specialized support for purchasing and inventory management. You will process invoices, and requisitions; review goods receipt and invoices to assure accuracy; research and problem solve; and back up plant procurement, freight scheduling, shipping and receiving, and supply room.

    What you'll do in this role:

    + Review and process invoices, purchase requisitions, and inventory transactions for accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies

    + Provide backup support for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room operations

    + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to ensure delivery of goods and services

    + Communicate with vendors and our teams to manage purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory issues

    + Participate in inventory counts, cost reduction projects, and maintain compliance with corporate and plant policies

    + Use of basic warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jack - training will be provided

    + Driving company vehicles for deliveries or pick ups

    What you'll need:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Experience or classwork in business, supply chain, or related field

    + 1+ year of experience in administrative support, purchasing, inventory control, or related operations role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP

    + Strong attention to detail with proven ability to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and manage multiple priorities

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and vendors

    + Valid driver's license

    Physical Requirements:

    + Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting

    + Comfortable working in varying temperatures (e.g., hot, cold, or refrigerated environments)

    + Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

     

    You will be onsite 5 days a week at the Pilot Plant location attached to the Omaha corporate office building. Hours are typically 7:30am - 4:30pm.

    Compensation:

    Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000

An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
