Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Management Intern\. In this role, you will assist with process improvements, risk and opportunities, supply chain integration, scheduling, with support and integration with F\-16 new business capture teams\. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of financial measures \(Orders, Sales, Earnings and Cash\), process improvement and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related subject

• Basic Knowledge of Aircraft, Aircraft Production, and the Execution of International Business

• Familiar with Financial Measures, Critical Chain \(Critical Path\) Methodology, Process Improvement and Project Management Principles

Desired Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated Ability to Manage and Complete Multiple Tasks/Projects

• Ability to work in a collaborative, team\-based environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office \(including Microsoft Project and Excel\), Visual Basic, etc\.

• Ability to travel on short notice

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
