    What You Will Be Doing:

    As a trusted advisor and coach, you will:

    **•Coach for Impact:** Provide high\-impact, personalized coaching to Aeronautics executives, high\-potential leaders, and participants in development programs, helping them navigate complex challenges, sharpen decision\-making, and drive strategic outcomes\.

    **•Lead Internal Coaching Network:** Build, develop, and oversee our internal Coaching Cadre—selecting, training, and equipping internal coaches to scale leadership impact across the enterprise\.

    **•Shape Coaching Strategy:** Design, implement, and sustain Aeronautics’ comprehensive coaching strategy, while also influencing enterprise\-wide leadership development initiatives\.

    **•Innovate with Tools & Resources:** Bring forward new coaching tools, resources, and practices to enhance leadership performance and future\-proof the organization’s leadership development approach\.

    **•Manage Vendor Partnerships:** Oversee external vendor relationships, contracts, and resources to ensure access to world\-class coaching expertise\.

    **•Measure What Matters:** Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate coaching effectiveness, delivering insights that inform strategy and drive continuous improvement\.

    **•Elevate Leadership Development:** Partner with enterprise leadership development teams to design and deliver impactful workshops, programs, and training aligned to organizational goals\.

    You are a seasoned executive coach with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and accelerate their growth\. You thrive at the intersection of coaching, strategy, and business performance; balancing empathy and insight with a clear focus on results\. You are just as comfortable coaching one\-on\-one as you are shaping large\-scale leadership development initiatives\. Most importantly, you see coaching not just as a role, but as a mission\-critical capability that transforms organizations\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Active ICF Coaching Certification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field

    • 8\+ years of experience coaching and developing leaders in large, complex organizations

    • Proven success coaching executive leaders to deliver measurable results

    • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs

    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders

    • Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability and resilience

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience working within global organizations and diverse clients

    • Knowledge of key performance indicators in coaching and leadership development

    • Ability to diagnose cultural issues that lead to leadership effectiveness

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with matrix teams, driving positive engagement and outcomes

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
