Job Description:

+ We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Producer to lead and execute high-impact video marketing initiatives. This role will manage end-to-end production, oversee creative and localization processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external teams.

+ The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Leadership:

+ Build, manage, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners including Regional Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and Business Affairs teams.

+ Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and projects meet business objectives, timing, and budget requirements.

Video Production Management:

+ Oversee the full lifecycle of video marketing projects—from concept to delivery.

+ Partner closely with external agencies and production vendors to produce and localize high-quality video assets.

+ Anticipate potential risks or production challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Communication & Project Tracking:

+ Provide clear, consistent updates to cross-functional leads on project progress, priorities, and risks.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of schedules, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.

Experience (Mandatory):

+ Experience in marketing production, with a strong emphasis on video content creation and cross-functional project management.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale campaigns simultaneously from strategy to execution.

+ Proven experience working closely with creative, media, and localization teams to deliver high-quality, globally relevant content.

+ Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and performance marketing content requirements.

+ Experience managing agency relationships, vendor contracts, and production budgets.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Proven success managing large-scale video campaigns and vendor relationships.

+ Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand alignment, and creative execution.

+ Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

+ Experience working with global teams and managing localization workflows is a plus.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
