**Kelly®** Professional & Industrial is hiring a **Receiving Clerk** for a Warehouse Company in Statesville, NC.

Shift:

+ 1st

+ 7:30 am -4:00 pm

+ Monday – Friday

Pay Rate:

+ $21/hr

+ Weekly Pay every Friday

Duties:

+ Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate parties.

+ Receive, unload, and unpack incoming shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles.

+ Verify the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.

+ Sign for packages upon receipt and confirm documentation.

+ Label, sort, and store received items in designated warehouse areas.

+ Update inventory records and databases to reflect current stock levels using computer software or handheld scanners.

+ Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, complying with all safety and sanitation standards.

+ Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.

+ Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

Requirements:

+ 3-5 years of experience of receiving experience

+ High School Diploma

+ Computer skills

+ Must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift to 55lb

+ Attention to detail

+ Excellent communication skills
