    Remote – East Coast US or Canada** **_(EST Time Zone Required)_

     

    We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Revenue Operations to accelerate growth across our Commercial Teams. As a key member of the global Revenue Operations & Business Performance team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to streamline processes, align stakeholders, and drive performance across the entire revenue lifecycle.

     

    This high-impact role works directly with Regional Sales VPs to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. **You’ll lead with data, champion change, and foster accountability through clear KPIs.**

     

    + Lead and grow the NORAM Sales Operations team to enable scalable revenue growth.

    + Design and **govern incentive, commission, and compensation programs** in partnership with HR and Finance.

    + Deliver insights into **sales performance and key metrics** to support business reviews.

    + **Own and improve forecasting** accuracy while fostering a high-performance culture.

    + Optimize business processes in collaboration with global Revenue Operations and Systems teams.

    + Drive cross-functional initiatives to advance digital revenue strategy.

    Your profile

    + 8+ years in revenue or sales operations, with **leadership experience in SaaS** .

    + Expertise in **commissions governance, incentive programs, and compensation strategy.**

    + Skilled in **territory design** , rules of engagement, and cross-functional **incentive** alignment.

    + Ability to translate business goals into scalable **compensation plans** .

    + Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HR on program governance.

    + Proficient in Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot and broader sales/marketing tech stacks.

    + Proven leadership and program management driving organizational change.

    + Strong communicator with ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders.

    + Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to optimize revenue outcomes.

    This position has a target base salary of:

    $192,080.00

    and annual commission target of:
