ADP is hiring a Sr. Communications Business Partner.
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly visible professional to manage internal communications for the NAS Benefits organization. As the creative lead, you will develop a communication strategy that entails delivery of newsletters, presentations, and materials, utilizing a multimedia approach to engage to associates and key stakeholders. The position involves taking complex information and translating it into simple messages and stories to help foster connection to our strategy, open dialogue and a sense of community. The ideal candidate is passionate about sharing information, connecting people, and building a community.
As a key member of the Benefits leadership team, you will partner with associates across NAS Benefits and the wider organization. You will be deadline driven with passion and proven success in helping organizations succeed with internal communications, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the delivery of high quality and engaging communications.
Responsibilities
+ Internal Communications Strategy -- create, implement, and monitor internal communications strategy against key business objectives.
+ Create communications and graphics that align with brand standards and drive the visual impact of internal communications.
+ Communications focus groups and research -- manage focus groups and communications feedback to inform our internal communications strategy.
+ ADPworks collaboration intranet/portal -- lead engagement and management of the Benefits collaboration intranet and be the knowledge expert within the business unit.
+ Multimedia communications -- creating compelling communication via video and other multimedia communications.
+ Newsletters/Weekly Updates -- creating regular updates to associates distributed via email and other channels.
+ Voice of Associate ideas -- management and follow up of ideas submitted by Benefits associates.
+ Change Communications -- supporting senior leaders in proactively communicating change initiatives and business process improvement in a creative, compelling, and structured way.
+ Ad hoc communications -- planning, writing, creation, and execution of critical communication to support strategic initiatives and drive benefits growth and engagement.
+ Generate and contribute content for organization wide internal engagement campaigns such as newsletters and videos.
+ Provide strategic communications support to senior leaders and associate groups in the organization.
+ Collaborates with teams from across the organization to develop engaging communications campaigns with consistency in tone and messaging.
+ Continually learns and adopts best practices, staying abreast of current and emerging communications techniques, technologies, and tools.
+ Track and measure communication deliverables and campaigns.
+ Ensure all work is approved and reviewed for financial, legal, grammatical, and technical accuracy before distribution.
+ Leverage analytics and industry best practices to evaluate communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field is preferred, but not required.
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in an internal communications role including planning, support, and content writing in a corporate setting.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key messages effectively to multiple audiences and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
+ Creative, with an eye for design and communications campaign concept generation.
+ Strong communicator, exhibiting good questioning and listening skills as well as the ability to tailor communications to stakeholders at different levels.
+ Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Visio and SharePoint applications.
+ Organized and flexible working style with proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and manage projects end-to-end effectively
+ Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior leadership
+ Flexible approach to working as part of a global team
+ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
