As a **Security Officer Secret Clearance Patrol** in **El Segundo, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent aerospace and defense location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include routine patrols of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and professionalism. This post is primarily a driving position, where you will utilize your observation skills while patrolling the property and responding promptly to any situations that arise. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
