    Job Description:

    • We are looking for an Automation Engineer with a minimum of a BS degree in a mechanical/automation engineering focus, and with a minimum of 2 years experience with automation and/or robotics.

    • This position will be responsible to design, document, test, install, support and improve automated machines or processes, or portions of those machines or processes.

    • The candidate must be a great communicator and problem solver and be able to work in a team atmosphere to accomplish the goal.

    • The desired candidate will be proficient with SolidWorks CAD software.

    • This position will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot automated machines, identify and implement areas for continuous improvement.

    • This position will require the use of hand tools and will involve building and testing the designs.

    • This position is considered to be a physically demanding job and requires the ability to climb ladders, work in and around machinery during installation, and pick up and move objects 60 lbs and less.

    • The candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
