Summary
GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks a skilled Systems Engineer III – ServiceNow on upcoming work, who will be responsible for the successful implementation of the ServiceNow modules for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility in a telework environment. This role will focus on configuring and deploying ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with the business needs and technical specifications outlined in the PWS.

Essential functions/responsibilities

+ Conduct system configuration, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automated processes for asset management lifecycle management.
+ Perform end-to-end testing of configurations to ensure successful system functionality.
+ Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
+ Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure they are equipped to operate and maintain the system post-implementation.
+ Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning while maintaining system availability and data integrity.
+ Implement and configure the ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility modules according to the business requirements and project specifications.
+ Collaborate with the technical teams to define integration strategies for the seamless flow of data between ServiceNow and existing systems.
+ Implement and maintain ServiceNow discovery, CMDB, and automation processes to support IT asset and configuration management.

Information Security and Confidentiality Obligations
+ Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
+ 4- 8 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow applications, specifically SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility.
+ Strong experience in configuring workflows, dashboards, and integrations within ServiceNow.
+ Experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
+ Ability to perform data analysis, system configuration, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations, ideally in a government or regulated environment.
+ Experience supporting federal or large-scale enterprise IT operations.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
+ Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Work environment
+ This work will be completed in a telework environment.
Physical demands
+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
+ Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities.
Travel required Yes, occasional travel to client site in Hanford, Washington as needed.
Proficiency Requirement
+ The employee is expected to demonstrate proficiency in all essential job functions, tools, and processes related to this position within the first 90 days of employment. This includes acquiring a thorough understanding of job-specific responsibilities, systems, and workflows as outlined during onboarding and training. Failure to meet this requirement may result in additional training, reassessment, or other actions as deemed necessary by management.
Employment is contingent upon government approval and, if applicable, contract award.
The base salary range for this position is: $125,237 - $150,888
This base salary range represents a general guideline. An individual’s base salary within that range is determined based on a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the scope, complexities, and responsibilities of the position, the government contract to which the position is assigned, geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and skills.
