    Job Description

    To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas

    Responsibilities

    + Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc., from specified areas to the dish machines.

    + Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china, utensils, glassware, etc.

    + Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.

    + Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors, walls, etc.

    + Completes other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience working with chemicals.

    + Ability to work independently
