Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to join their team near the 290 Northwest Freeway area.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This includes performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment efficiency.

Key experience includes:
+ **Manufacturing machinery maintenance** – Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime through regular inspections and timely repairs.
+ **Hydraulic systems** – Strong understanding of hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, hoses, and cylinders, with experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic issues.
+ **Forklift maintenance** – Performing regular inspections, servicing, and minor repairs on forklifts to ensure compliance with safety standards and reliable operation.
+ **Overhead cranes** – Experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing overhead crane systems, including hoists, controls, and structural components.
+ **Troubleshooting skills** – Ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues to keep production lines moving.
+ **Preventative maintenance** – Familiar with scheduling and executing preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unplanned downtime.
+ **Safety-focused** – Knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices for working around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
