We are seeking a highly skilled **Helicopter Pilot** to join an established **air medical transport** team in **Sierra Vista, AZ** . This role offers the chance to support lifesaving missions while working with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service. Job Summary
+ Operate **BH407 VFR/NVG** aircraft (Instrument rating required) under CAMTS guidelines
+ 24-hour operations with day/night rotation, 7 & 7 rotations (day/night shifts)
+ Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM
+ Participate in community outreach programs
+ Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other safety campaigns
+ Provide safe, efficient, and reliable service to both internal and external customers
+ Some lifting required to assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading
**Relocation:** Package available (2-year minimum service requirement if used)
**Housing:** Not provided
Compensation & Benefits
+ Competitive base salary ($89,045 – $110,501 annually based on scheduled hours)

Candidate Requirements
+ **Licenses/Certifications:** Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings; First Class Medical
+ **Flight Experience (CAMTS Minimums):**
+ 2,000 Total Hours
+ 1,500 Hours Helicopter
+ 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters
+ 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters
+ 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations _or_ 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG)
+ Must meet 235-pound body weight requirement
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong customer service skills (internal and external)
+ Must live within a 1-hour commute of the base
+ Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam (including functional capacity exam), drug screen, and background check
+ Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds to assist with patients and equipmentCore Competencies
