    Production Team Lead

    **Location:** Mansfield, TX

    **Department:** Manufacturing & Operations

    **Reports To:** Production Shift Leader

    **Salary:** $65,000+ annually, based on experience

    Position Summary

    Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Mansfield, TX to hire a **Production Team Lead** . This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small team on the packaging and assembly line. The Team Lead ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and SOPs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operators on the production line.

    • Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** , safety policies, and standard operating procedures.

    • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet output and quality targets.

    • Train and mentor new operators to ensure skill development and consistency.

    • Collaborate with maintenance to support equipment changeovers and resolve production issues.

    • Record production data, variances, and incidents accurately for reporting.

    • Act as the communication link between operators and the Shift Leader.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus.

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in **manufacturing, packaging, or assembly** .

    • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Familiarity with **automated production systems and labeling equipment** is a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
