Position Summary
The Manager, of Omnichannel Fulfillment will support our Value Added Benefits Programs for Home Delivery. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Value Added Benefits fulfillment operations, with a strong focus on inventory management, cost reduction, and delivering a best-in-class member experience.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain operations, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency and elevate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own and lead the Value-Added Benefits fulfillment strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and member needs.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations, including order management systems, inventory control, and fulfillment workflows.
+ Drive strategic planning to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence across Core OTCHS and Supplemental Benefits programs.
+ Implement and monitor cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
+ Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of member benefits.
+ Champion a member-first mindset, ensuring every touchpoint reflects quality, reliability, and care.
Required Qualifications
+ 3-5+ years of professional experience in supply chain operations
+ 3-5+ years of ecommerce supply chain experience
+ Customer first mind set, passion for improving customer experience and operational efficiencies
+ Strong project management and presentation skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Access, and Excel (Advanced)
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from various sources, summarize and share key insights with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5+ years of work experience in distribution operations (to include e-commerce fulfillment), logistics strategy development, business execution, and project leadership
+ Customer management experience
+ Proficiency in SQL, ThoughtSpot, Tableau (data queries and dashboards)
+ Proficiency in Cognos, Lean/Six-Sigma, Kaizen a plus (fulfillment operations)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
