Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in ensuring system performance, security, and seamless operations while addressing technical challenges. Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Active Directory to ensure efficient access control and system authentication.

• Oversee Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 systems to enhance user productivity.

• Collaborate with teams to deploy and maintain Dell Technologies hardware solutions.

• Implement and manage Citrix Technologies to facilitate secure and efficient remote access.

• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all systems.

• Perform regular updates and patches to maintain system integrity and reliability.

• Document IT processes and provide training for end-users as needed.

• Analyze and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner. Requirements • Proven experience with Active Directory administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and its functionalities.

• Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows 10 environments.

• Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware solutions.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies for remote access and virtual environments.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Understanding of IT security protocols and best practices.
