Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Houston, TX. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistical operations, providing exceptional support to customers, and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage logistics tasks including coordination with suppliers and validation of operational plans.

• Support billing and revenue accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

• Assist in onboarding procedures for new team members and contingent workforce.

• Collaborate with business units to implement risk management strategies and ensure adherence to procedures.

• Handle public relations tasks to maintain a positive company image and relationships with stakeholders.

• Monitor and adapt to changes in utilities, NIS, and Nerc standards to maintain compliance.

• Participate in QA management to uphold quality standards across operations.

• Utilize decision-making skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure courteous communication and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or logistics-related roles.

• Strong understanding of procedures, policies, and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in billing processes and revenue accounting.

• Ability to manage onboarding and staffing within a team environment.

• Familiarity with risk management practices and validation plans.

• Excellent communication and public relations skills.

• Knowledge of utilities, NIS, Nerc, and related standards.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Candidates must be bilingual (English /Spanish).
